Bugati Veyron is the highest speed legal car (with speed of whopping 431 kmph !!! ) and it changes the structure above 250 kmph speed !
When it reaches 220 km/h, the car adapts automatically. Hydraulics lower the body to reduce the ground clearance to 9 cm (thinking only?) and the wing and spoiler deploy. If the driver turns on ‘top speed mode’, then car checks that the driver and car are ready and safe, then the spoiler retracts, the front air diffusers shut and ground clearance drops to 6.5 cm.( oh !now its very only !!) ...and Its a Fact !
